I’m Coach Petey, a certified wellness coach specializing in weight management, stress management, recovery, sports nutrition, and youth exercise training.

Growing up as a student-athlete, I realized how much having a great coach improved my life. Later, after experiencing the impact of working with a wellness coach myself, I knew I wanted to provide that same kind of support to others.

I help adults and young athletes build stronger bodies, healthier habits, and more balanced lives.

1 on 1 Personal Session

1 Hour Session

In my one-on-one wellness sessions, we evaluate what has and hasn’t worked for you, build a personalized plan together, and focus on executing it consistently. As you progress, we revisit the plan, adjust what isn’t working, and strengthen the habits that support your goals.

Wellness Group Class

Once a week, 1 Hour Class

Group wellness sessions take place once a week and focus on key topics like nutrition, stress management, recovery, and training. These sessions provide practical guidance and shared learning to help participants build healthier habits and create better balance in their daily lives.

Youth Training Class

Twice a week, 1 Hour Class

My youth exercise program is a group class focused on building a strong foundation in movement, structure, and strength for kids. Through structured training, young athletes develop coordination, confidence, and healthy habits that support both sports performance and overall well-being.

Wellness is easier to achieve and maintain when there is structure and a clear blueprint to follow. Without it, many people struggle with inconsistency and uncertainty about what truly works for them.

I help individuals create that structure through coaching, accountability, and guidance in nutrition, movement, recovery, and behavior change. By using active listening and observation, I work with clients to understand their needs, build sustainable habits, and develop a personalized system that supports long-term health and life balance.
